Yes, it’s up to each of us to properly evaluate the value of expert opinion. When it comes to vaccines, I’ll take Fauci’s knowledge and expertise (and others like him) over any anti-vaxxer any day (plus, one can read the scientific articles or the lay versions of those articles and make one’s own decision).
