The biggest single challenge I face on the platform is consistently reaching a new audience while maintaining the interest of my stalwart fans. That, and creating evergreen content (it seems that everything I write that's older than 5 to 7 days might as well not exist). These concerns seem to be shared by many. It'll be interesting to see if the new Medium leadership recognizes these issues as problems worth addressing and fixing. Here's hoping.
