Hi Scott, All I can tell you off the top of my retired head is that bladder rupture is most often seen in association with trauma, particularly pelvic trauma/fracture. I don't recall seeing a case of bladder rupture in association with Jimson Weed use in the medical literature. However, humans are weird and sometimes wonderful beings so if something can happen it probably has.
