Hi KK, Thank you for the kind mention. Here's a friendly thought to share. Be comfortable with being uncomfortable. From by own experience, I once had to give many big talks before many big audiences, experiences I dreaded. But, it was part of the job, and at some level, something I wanted to do. So ... in spite of being crazily uncomfortable - diarrhea, the urge to flee, palpitations, sweats, insomnia, shakes and more - I resolved to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. I would just say to myself, as these maladies swept over me, "this is part of life" or "this is all part of the experience" or whatever. That combo helped immensely. Perhaps these are some thoughts you can use.
