Hi Jillian - interesting perspective from one in the know, you. Congrats on your many successes. I would love to see a bit more transparency about the entire program because I have some concerns about motivations, incentives and so forth. For example, it would be illuminating to see the percentage of boosted stories that come from boost-eligible pubs and boost, so-called, nommers. Also a general accounting of boost categories would be educational. Ex: humor, relationships, this happened to me vs the number of people writing in the given category and the number of readers following those categories. I've been assured, for example that "humor" is fairly represented in the boost program but I've seen NO PROOF that this truly the case. Quite the contrary, I've heard from many in the "humor community" that humor writers are being snubbed when it comes to the boost.
