Hi Doran - I'm baaaaack! Fascinating read about a sub-culture, cesspool I knew nothing about. However, I would echo Mary's comment about Arcadia. I have no point of reference and I need one to better understand this story. Also, the story almost reads like journalism but I miss a specific human example or two in all of this. Tell me a brief specific personal story at the top about "Bob" an Amazon employee whose life was ruined by working at this sweatshop. That type of thing I can relate to. Then tell me the gory details in general about why Amazon is so bad. Finally, sum up at the end and reiterate your excellent points in brief about why you think Amazon will fail as Arcadia did. Again, you've done solid work here it just needs a little message massaging. Best, Michael
