Hang in there. Here's a thought. In May/June I took a Medium break because I had to. I was in China where there's no Medium access. So no writing, reading, editing for me. Then when I returned to what passes for the real world I had no writing mojo and my Medium involvement waned. Months later I rejoined the platform but felt I had little to say. Only recently I've become engaged again and it now feels right.
